coffee enema evacuation - what is this stuff?

I've been doing coffee enemas for a while now.
Every time I do an evacuation I always have these little seeds, white excrements (photo below)

They float on the surface and they look like ground up almonds/nuts.

Any idea of what this could be? Are they parts of parasites or other bacteria that is being killed/expelled from my body when the coffee from the enema has been induced into my body?

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks
