I will try to eat more meat but i heard meat causes inflammation since it is harder to digest thats y i limited my intake of meat. I do eat a lot of fish though, i do not eat pork or beef. Mainly just chicken and fish.
Can menstrual problems be any way related to this or could it be just normal/stress that induced it. Im worried all this are connected lol since 4 months ago things have been going whack but i have not changed anything.
I know i should eat more veg and fruits but half of my meal is just vegetables and i try to eat fruit like apple in the morning or night. I cant think of any ways to up that since i already am eating lots of it. This "constipation" thing iz quite normal to me since young i have always had this pattern, i hated vegs and fruits but this few months really upped my intake on it and noticed no difference in my toilet habit. Drinking loads of water too(1.5 litre water bottle per day)
