Re: Iodine Cost

16 ounces bottles? WOW... thats huge

i only now know of those 2 oz bottles.

do thoose huge bottles come with a normal lid or such suction rubber thingies? coz i ve made the experience that thoose rubby suckers get really porous after a while. And then the whole stuff is not really airtight anymore.

J crows. Thats what i also always bought. Except at the beginning i only took Iodoral ( OH MAn that stuff is even more expensive)...

yea if ppl (lot of ppl) suddenly want something... prices skyrock... :(

I was considering mixing my own Iodine solution now. I even found Iodide and Iodine as powder form ... but it looked a bit weird to me since it said for "labs" only .... for some testing they do or whatever.

so i ended up buying only 100g of potassium iodide.

100g stay for ever ..... 3 years? hehe... (more or less)

i take 100 mg per day.

Some ppl here said that the body converts Iodide into Iodine if needed.

I forgot the enzymes that do it.

And for sure nobody kknnows if one has enough of thoose enzymes. So its kinda risky only taking Potassium iodide???

i ll just give it a try. Coz my main problem were fibrocystic boobs. And since boobs prefere iodine (right?) i should have a bad effect soon if only taking potassium Iodide in case my body is not able to convert it into needed iodine.

Hope i ve made sense.

And hope prices for j crows Lugols drop.

BUT i dont think thats gonna happen :( haha
