I am starting a 10-14 day Water Fast tomorrow and could really use some support and motivation from anyone who is also starting a fast around this time and/or who has experience of mid-length fasts. I have a fairly busy lifestyle and physical job so sometimes struggle with energy and often end up breaking a fast when feeling very tired. I have completed a 7 day fast previously however and found this to be very easy with high energy levels all the way through but recently when fasting I struggle with very low energy levels.
