I know of no Malt Vinegar that isn't made with Extract. Same goes for Guinness now, its all enzyme free now..

I now use Eden Malt in "Newport's Malted Oatmeal Raisin Cookies", NMORC for short :)

Instead of the two sugars you use 1 cup of sugar and 100ml of Malt Syrup in this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/oatmeal-raisin-cookies-i/detail.aspx
