The BP did take awhile to go down. It was a gradual decrease and by the end it was down to 105/75. I felt this was way to low for me. I started at 140/85 and have maintained about 130/80. I actually went to being a vegetarian & fish eater and have never felt better! That is until December my gp told my was anemic. So I started putting meat back into my diet. I also allowed a significant amt of carbs back in my diet which has been awful for me (part of reason for fast is to re cleanse/kick the Sugar addiction and due to recent surgery). I want that cleansed feeling back and want to keep it now that I can really tell the difference.
