Where ever you are, you are so appreciated. There aren't enough hugs in the world. This worked for me. I was in a lot of pain and didn't want to take the chance of removing this gland, especially when I have read that the problem Can recur afterwards. The only change I made was to start with only 1/2 oz of tea tree oil. I wanted to be careful because some people are allergic to it. My husband can get hives from it. So I started with only 1/2 oz of tea tree, 1 oz witch hazel and 1 oz of calamine lotion. I soaked a regular sized cotton ball put it in place over the gland and put on a pad. I wore it around for a couple of hours. I noticed after about an hour it started to itch. Not in a burning itching something's wrong itch. It was like something was healing itch. Later when I went to change the cotton ball I decided to take a hot bath. As hot as I could stand it. After about twenty minutes I cleaned my self. While I was still in the tub I used a mirror to look at it and noticed a white head on it. I went ahead and squeezed it, which was not as painful in the tub as the first time I had tried to squeeze it days before. It was no problem. It burst and drained so easy. I cleaned myself of again got out of the tub and dried off. I went ahead and soaked another cotton ball with the same mixture and but it back in the same spot. I will post again later when I check it again. I will say that currently it is itching again but in that way that feels like a cut that is growing new skin. Like it is healing.
