Re: Flush 17 i think
hello :) I saw this post while reading more about
Liver Flushes and I thought maybe I should reply.
you have problems with
Acne and scars if I read right?
I've had
Acne all over my body for the past 12 years (yes, everywhere), although it wasn't like that at the beginning but it got worse over the years. I got some pretty bad scars from it as well.
anyway I guess I wanted to say I know it is very hard to find the will continue on living in such condition but a day came where I had to decide if I'm gonna keep trying with a smile and happiness to be alive at all or I might as well be dead cause the way I was feeling I couldn't call it being alive.
I've decided I'm in no rush to go to the other world and will do and try all I can to help myself and others as long as I'm still breathing.
I started to do these
Liver Flushes and
coffee enemas at the start of february this year so I've done about 6-7 flushes I think.
I can say progress was slow and it took at least 2 weeks after the flush to notice any difference in my skin but now I can honestly say my skin is very different from before. I still get
Acne now but it is a much milder form and some areas have almost completely cleared.
my last flush was about 2 weeks ago and I think it was the most successful.
I just wanted to write what I think has helped me most maybe it will be of use to you.
I have found that the best results have been when I drink apple cider vinegar 1 week before the flush every day up to the cleanse.
I dilute it in water with 10 parts water to 1 part ACV in 1L glass bottle and I drink it during the day. I drank 1-2L each day.
also on the 1st day of the cleanse before taking
Epsom Salts I do tea enemas to clear my intestines followed by a cofee enema.
I also do the same enemas after the
Liver Flush next day cause it gets rid of the nausea and weakness and after it I feel much better.
also I keep a very strict diet and think it's very important part of success.
not in the sense of not eating but to take care what is eaten and how it is prepared.
no cooking with any oils, no refined sugars and no refined white
table salt seems to be most important or you could be doing
Liver Flushes forever.
himalayan salt seems to be most tolerable but I wouldn't use too much if you eat it at all.
no junk food of course. I drink only tea and water and rarely some wine.
cook veggies and meat if you eat it only in water or steam. eggs also.
I soak rice, chickpeas and similar stuff whole night at least before cooking it. changing the water they are soaking in at least once helps as well. it all helps me a lot with digestion but probably for nutrients as well.
you can try infrared lamps and dermarollers for some scars. if the infrared lamps are too expensive can just buy the light bulb and use some other (preferably metal lamp) you have but you will need at least a ceramic socket for it or it might burn the whole thing down.
also infrared saunas are of great help for those that can afford it.
ACV can dissolve any scars that I've seen on myself so far.
but of course it wont always be pleasant depending on the method and procedure used.
for your face scars you can just dilute ACV like for drinking to 1:10 ratio in favor of water and apply every night before going to sleep. just let it dry first.
I advise against using any soaps unless they're completely natural. maybe MSM soap if affordable.
instead of showering with a soap you can also just massage your whole body skin with ACV undiluted and let it dry on you every night. except the face and other sensitive parts of course.
if you do it at night only the smell will dissappear by morning. changing of clothes a bit more often is usually the only thing needed.
man I wrote more than I thought I would. hopefully I didnt forget anything important :D
maybe you or someone else will find use of what I wrote :)
I wish you peace with yourself and others and of course in your thoughts as that is the most important thing you can find in this world.
if anything troubles you try looking up Mooji on youtube you can hear him speak. I think he holds many simple answers eluding us in everyday life and it will certainly help you :)
