Yes, vit E works in co-operation with zinc and selenium, both important minerals for the thyroid.

I would toss in some A and K as well; the importance of fat soluble vitamins in thyroid health have been underestimated IMO. If deficient in one of them, the others cannot perform at an optimal level.
