Mycotoxins are to small and the hepa filter can't ccapture anything smaller than 0.03 microns.

The active ingredient in bleach is sodium hydrochlorite which denatures protein in micro organisms and is therefore effective in removing bacteria, fungus (mycotoxins) and viruses.
