What did you guys do to get better?!!

I have been on several rounds of ivermectin to no avail. I have also done a round of albendazole with ivermectin. I have tried praziquantel. I just took mimosa puddica. It has been three months of treating and 15months of hyperinfection. I don't know what more to do?
