I hear you. I think I've had issues forever, but did not fall off the wagon completely until 5 years ago - It was like going through DTs!
I have most definitely limited my carbs, sugars, and dairy, but found it is fairly impossible to live this way without a slip-up and frankly it sucks going on vacation or out to dinner when you live in terror of eating the wrong thing. I've developed the habit of downing garlic and ACV to counter eating something I probably should not have had. I must admit, you really got me on rifing. I have not heard of it before. What is it?
