Re: From vegan to meat eater: How to manage the smell of meat?

I've always eaten meat but I have never liked the smell of it while cooking.

Just buy a big container of chili powder. This is not just peppers. It has onion, garlic, parsley, etc.

Every brand has a little variation in contents but basically it's cayenne, garlic, onion, etc. Make sure you get a brand without Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) or Maltodextrin. One with no preservatives would be best.

The nasty smell of the cooking meat goes away as soon as you put this on it.

DO NOT USE Lawry's seasoning salt it is mostly monosodium glutinate (MSG)
