It wouldn't be a bad idea to supplement the rest of your minerals in ionic form. Do digestive enzymes at the same time, b/c you are going to need digestive enzymes to be able to use the minerals. OR do a good all around natural vitamin/mineral combined supplement. Find a whole food supplement. Vitamineral Earth or VitaMineral Green. Definitely supplement extra magnesium for as long as it takes and cut down on your stress level. They're both good, but just an example of a quality whole food supplement.
