Properly diagnosed, FINALLY.

I left this forum out of pure frustration. I was at the end of my rope after 2 years of this EC garbage. I have no social life, I cannot go anywhere and do anything social if I can't smile, laugh, or eat.

Sob story aside, I saw a derm that confirmed my suspicions. I was diagnosed with impetigo, a skin eating bacteria. Impetigo is gross, yes, but not serious and easily treatable. The derm tells me in ONE WEEK after taking my ointments as prescribed I will be back to living life.

Scripts:

Muriprocin (Bactroban) 3x per day
Triamcinolone Acetonide at night
