I drastically changed my diet, i usually went to the fast food once a week, maybe twice, ate a lot of sugar, drank TONS of milk, now i go to the fast food once a month for my monthly intake of fat and grease, trying tu cut on the Sugar by a lot, drinking way more water and avoiding dairy products, also way more fruits and vegetables. Took out my mixer and juicer and started making either fruit juices and smoothies.
