Yes, my daily foods include an Avocado, olive oil ghee (love ghee), eggs and cheese, more fruits and vegetables. I stay away from breads. I do check my B12 and iron and it is excellent, I do take B12 shots every year from my doc. I take Zinc, Magnesium Taurate, ALA, Seaweed, L-Arginine, L Citrulline, Folic Acid, Vitamic C and E.
