I did Bikram Yoga, which is done in 105 degree hot room, which pours sweat out of you. It made my sleep better, I lost some belly fat, my energy level went up, my body flexibility increased, oh! my skin is soooo smooth, that I get asked if I am using anything on my skin. I tell them that I do not even use soap.
Most importantly the slight nagging pain above my kidneys was gone in a few days of Yoga.
