Hello Mary,

My diet right now consists of green leaf vegs, seeds (lots of chia, a little flax,), almonds, one artichoke heart a day, and one potato. I went into more detail in a post a few threads above this one.

I'm thinking of bringing the chia use down a bit as there's probably a more sustainable way to get the same results.
