It's been 3 days that I suffer from a stiff neck and pain in the shoulders, upper back and my hips. I thought they were caused by bad sleeping position so I took Ibuprofen and have my husband massage the areas to relieve the pain. It did ease the pain but it came back in full force after the effect of the medicine wore out. I also took apple cider vinegar for the inflammation but the pain keeps going back. I read other member's posts here and exercise was one of the recommended relief. What I want to know is, can I do yoga, dancing, etc. while I'm having this pain? Or I'll have to treat it first with medicine before doing exercise?
