Treat Adrenals first or Thyroid?

Hello All,

I had a traumatic experience 9 months ago. I did not sleep well in the beginning at all. I exercised a lot and felt a bit better, but still wake up once a night with a hot flash and many days cannot fall asleep after I wake up. I have managed to eat right, eat regularly and do light exercises, like Yoga. I have been on Lugol's for last 12 years. I have stopped taking Lugol's a few times in that period for maximum of a month. Currently I take 10 drops of Lugol's 5% solution every morning and all co-supllements in the evening. I have lost a lot of weight in my face and below neck and around shoulders. I have chronic neck pain.

I have read a lot about thyroid and adrenals and feel these are some of classic symptoms of adrenal fatigue and low thyroid. I also had pain in my back where the kidneys are located. So I did Dr. Shulze's Kidney cleanse two weeks ago. That made me feel better, but sleep is still an issue. I have one hot flash every night at 2am or 3am.

Since then I have started monitoring my temperature by putting a thermometer under my left arm. following is the results of last week. I think I need to get my adrenals in shape while taking Lugol's with Whole Desiccated Bovine Adrenal Gland. Please let me know if I should do anything else. I am getting a saliva test kit from Canary Club. All in all I feel optimistic, have good energy for work and to do other chores. I do fall asleep in the afternoon so I have started drinking one cup coffee in the afternoon. My temps are low even though I take oral temp. I am planning to do a Liver Flush, but read some old posts that say not to do LF if adrenals are not functioning properly.

So should I treat my Thyroid first or the Adrenals?

Thank you all.
