Try to use less pepper. Add more gradually as you can handle it, what type do you have? You know there are 3 different levels. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is best if taken early in the morning, I usually drink it the first thing when I wake up, I sometimes even go back to bed the wake up again. It is the worst thing about the whole thing. It's just 10 days you can make it!!!!!!!!!
