I have the same issue. I am now on the birth control jolessa which you only get your period every three months. It helps a lot with the illness fairing nausea and etc. Try not to eat red meat for a week to two weeks before your period and eat a lot of dairy the week of and during your period. A few days before I get my period I stop drinking carbonated or sugary beverages and try to eat healthier which actually helps a lot. I feel like he carbonation makes cramping way worse but who knows if that's what causes it.
