I am vegan. Plantbased
( stephyplantbased on instagram ) if u care to stop by to see some things i usually eat.
if u scroll back a bit u can see that i had a phase of eating peas daily.
i personally know of a vegan ( Tasha Lee on youtube) who is amino acid deficient. But she is a raw vegan on top. I guessed its more likely to become amino acid deficient being raw.
what lab tests could one do to see if one is amino acid deficient?
Also... i gotta agree that my problems only started after going vegan but i cant tell if it was only
Iodine deficiency which is common on a vegan diet or something else.
if i check my nutrients on cronometer (must have pics of that on instagram as well) i have all amino acids ... of course nobody knows how the body uses them or if the food indeed contains that .
