Herbs vs Drugs for bad scattering

I took Humaworm last year, during it I had more energy. I was expelling a lot. Then I experienced/still constantly struggle with it....scattering.

Some people strongly suggest herbs (again)? But if that caused the prob....?

Others say, even an herbalist, take the drugs!

I just want to know WHAT will systemically work best? This problem was let go a whole yr because I was scared to take matters into my own hands.

If you could please tell me the best weapon to kill these beasts...
herbs or drugs? (Roundworms, tapeworm)
