Do you even understand what 80/10/10 is? It's 80 percent raw fruits and vegetables, 10 percent good fats and 10 percent lean protien. Which is pretty much exactly what the Kenyans are eating. Eating 100 grams of meat four times a week is not an endorsement of paleo. This is much closer to 10 percent than a typical paleo diet. But I do believe paleo is a healthy way of eating for many people as is 80/10/10. Thay's why there are so many people converting to these diets because they make you feel healthy and strong. It's up to the individual to decide which one is best for them. The main difference between the two is the quantity of meat eaten. Both shun processed foods. God knows why there is so much animosity between the two groups. Nevertheless show me a paleo follower eating 100 grams of meat 4 times a week.
