i think i am going to cut down on the amount of protein i eat for sure. i was always under the impression that i needed to eat protein at every meal, which i dont think is necessarily true.
my main problem is that i dont have enough stomach acid and bile flow, so i have a very hard time breaking down meat.
so now im at the point where i dont know whether eating meat is making me MORE fatigued (bc my body has to work harder to break it down), or whether its just the adrenal fatigue speaking. in other words, how do you tell whether a particular type of food makes you tired, when you are always tired in the first place?
