I have recently been diagnosed with both disbiosis and Candidiasis so I am just beginning my journey back to health. I have a few questions I would love to get some answers to. How about fermented foods (homemade) such as Kimchi or fermented cabbage to feed the healthy bacteria?
ACV and soy? How about salt? Does that kill off the healthy bacteria? Or coffee? Tea? Decaf?
BTW, Donna Gates newest book on Body Ecology is very informative.
