I agree with Pepe. The answer you seek is in EXERCISE. Now, you can start doing some exercise now, walking 2x a day for at least 20 minutes each time. But once you finish the Master-Cleanse then you should start weight lifting! And some cardio, but not excessive. I would recommend you join a gym, and get a trainer to show you the ropes for several sessions (or as long as you desire after that) so that you'll feel comfortable with the different moves, and have good form. Weight lifting is like lighting a fire for your metabolism!
