One can not expect to go on >any< form of weight
loss diet, fast, watevah and go back to their old habits and not gain the weight back iregardless of having a slow metabolism. What one does after fasting is even more critical bacause of the slowed metabolism caused by the fasting. All fasting will slow the metabolism >>>temporalily<<< while your fasting this is a fact of life and the body was created to do this. This is one of the reasons that any kind of fast is not the best way to lose weight over a long period of time. However, fasting does cleanse the system allowing it to function better and assimilate more nutrients from less food. It just isn't a diet, its a tool to make a correct diet more efficient.

Bottom line if you want to loose weight and keep it off no matter how you do it and more so if done with >ANY< kind of fasting you >>WILL<< gain the weight back if you don't change your old habits. The end. There just ain't no magic bullets it will take determination, focus aaaaaaaand >TIME<.

The best way I know to speed the meatbolism is exercise and I mean exercise hard and often enough to build some muscle. Muscle burns more fat and that's a fact jack ;+D

I have a slow metabolims too and right after I finished my first Master-Cleanse (40) I changed my diet joined the gym and kept loosing weight till I started building muscle then since muscle weighs more than fat the weight thing is a non issue.

Actually I never fixated on weight from the very begining and saw things in terms of better health and that is what I attribute my success to. Being overweight in not a thing in and of itself. It is just a manifestation of many possible causes so in order to trully succeed one must look at the bigger picture and stop weighing themselves completely. Erase the "numbers" from your thinking. You will know when your loosing weight by the way your clothes fit and the way you look.

The coolest thing for me was when I would pass some casual aquaintance by and they wouldn't even recognized me or do double takes and go Pepe?

BTW if you do the recomneded maximum dose of 12 drinks, that would equal 1200 calories
