Peridontal Disease, Abscess, Candida

I have periodontal disease, CFS, and candida. I am sooo ill I dont know where to start. I have an abscess linked to two teeth which have pockets measuring 7mm. The dentist wont extract the teeth inspite of them having severe bone loss and the 7mm pocket along with a dental abscess. They recommend cleaning with interdental brushes, flossing and mouthwashes. I tried the waterpik but it aggravates my gums and seems to spread the infection further. The abscess/infection is making me ill, the candida has flared and seems to be aggravating the abscess (?) is this possible ? I cant tolerate any supplements only liver support. When I use the mouthwashes I get terrible die-off ...why is this ? How can i get rid of this abscess ? I cant believe that just using interdental brushes, floss and mouthwash will cure the abscess...I have been doing that for 6 weeks and ok yes my gums look nice and pink....but I still have the abscess. My whole body feels toxic as a result...please can someone give me some idea where to start ...thank you
