I also forgot to mention all the things you talked about in calming yourself are kinda down the line of what I originally did to get myself out of the horrific anxiety state I was in. I did a program that helped me rewire my brain and built new nuero pathways. It was based in positive thinking and rerouting your anxiety thoughts. It was very strategic and based on brain science. It used for all sorts of anxiety issues and allergies. It was awesome. It got me out of my bedroom and back to living normally. I only wish I had know about amino acids and bone broth back then. I think my recovery would have been faster. Also gotta say that Laughter Yoga is wonderful for anxiety too.
