A gentle suggestion: do not discount magnesium. A deficiency is a) common these days, b) hard to diagnose with tests and c) even harder to replete (i.e. replenish your bodily supply). Magnesium was taken for granted, previously; we thought we would never run short...but we have done just that. We blame everything else: calcium, sodium, the hole in the ozone layer...gmo foods...but a magnesium deficiency is devastating and possibly responsible for many of our ills...jus' sayin'
