albendazol liver fluke cure please

Hello everyone
I have been taking albendazole for liver flukes for two weeks, 400-500MG twice with food (with proper amount of fat). Still some flukes come out. My liver hurts still, though I feel healthier. I feel that the medicine is causing the liver pain and i saw on the fluke protocol for here to stop taking after two weeks for one week and then continue. Is this a good idea or is it best to keep up until they stop coming out?

I had very many come out maybe around day 5-8. Recently a couple of days without any, and now just very few small ones.

I feel a lot of fear about this. I just want to make sure they are gone and also not be in pain or damage my liver.

I will stop taking them and do a Liver Flush tomorrow.

Are the ones coming out dead ones from before that are just making it through my digestive system now? Or do they come out quickly after they die off?

Typically, how long does it take for all liver flukes to die off?

I took praziquantel one day, but I don't have access to more at the moment. Should I try to find more?

I am in India and hard to find moer than albendazole where I am at. A friend of mine is bringing Niclosamide from Europe. Is this helpful against liver flukes?

Thank you
