Re: Consuming coffee and taking Vitamin C - bad reaction

someone once told me or undigested food, soak a potato overnight and drink only the water in the morning..he said reuse the potato again but it was too nasty.

Also take digestive enzymes. apparently if one eats a lot of raw fruits and leafy greens, they come through undigested a lot.

I feel maybe you should be sure you are taking half your body weight in water in ounces and be sure to take with it salt or a lot of water can make you worst.

Regular salt and refined Sea Salt also makes you sicker.

Use 1/4 tsp per quart of water on of these salts" Himalayan Sea Salt , Celtic Sea Salt or Redmond's real salt all sold at health food stores.

Read the books 'your body's many cries for water" and "obesity, Depression an cancer:their common cause and cure" for explanations of why denudation and lack of the right alt is so bad for the body and how many diseases develop; it is linked with over 100 diseases.

if this is a dehydration problem, it often causes autoimmune diseases. 75% of Americans are dehydrated.

Also the body sort of does what you are saying as to uneven distribution of blood but with water hen dehydrated, it cuts off the nonessential areas like limbs etc to put the bulk of what water there is to the brain and major is histamine that does this distribution and cutting off water in the blood to certain areas..if there is salt it uses drip by dip forcing of the water into these places that it is cut off form or reduced..sometimes this forcing of water into the cells the body uses as an emergency system directly leads to high blood pressure.

Enough water and the right amount and type of salt is crucial to health. i m reading the and book I mentioned by Dr Batmanghelid and learning so much as its massive connection to health and disease.
