upon doing research today, i found that what causes systemic infection by parasites is leaky gut - leaky gut allows the parasite access to the rest of the body. Therefore, you must treat your leaky gut. You could kill kill kill kill all there is in the bloodstream, but if you have leakygut, they keep coming back from the intestines. In the intestines, they remain in their vegetative state and are easy to treat. When they enter the bloodstream, as you and I know too well, hell breaks loose.
I got leaky gut in the past week by taking insane amounts of diatomaceous earth. There must have been a herb in humaworm that did that to you. Humaworm contains PSYLLIUM and SENNA (as listed on their website), and these ingredients, especially the Psyllium are very irritating to the lining of the intestinal wall, just like diatomaceous earth is.
The only thing that seems to hold up to scientific research to help leaky gut is probiotics. If anyone finds credible research that suggests another substance could prevent/alleviate leaky gut, it would be most appreciated.
Remember that when buying a probiotic, you should aim to buy one that has prebiotics like FOS in it
Because we already have leaky gut that allow parasites to enter the bloodstream, we must use both Rx drugs and probiotics (and other substances) to both prevent the systemic infection from getting worse while at the same time treating the leaky gut. Once the leaky gut is healed, intestinal parasites can no longer enter the bloodstream, and systemic Rx drugs would kill whatever's left, and I think and hope that would be the answer to our troubles.
Research your Rx drugs and make sure they don't kill probiotics. It is best to take them at least three hours apart.
And for Pete's sake, stop taking herbs unless you are sure they won't harm the intestinal lining.
