The culprit found - Low temperature

Hello all:

I have been posting here for a while. Now after to days of monitoring my temperature during day time at random times. My temperature is varying from 96.1 to 96.8. I have not checked my temperature upon waking, but that should be lower because even after walking a few blocks my temperature did not rise beyond 96.8.

So I am Hypothyroid. The symptoms I have been experiencing for last month now explains, bodyache, cough, phlegm, lack of sleep, etc.

I take 5 drops everyday with co-supplements in the evening, which are Vitamin C, Selenium, magnesium(twice a day) and Niacin.

I upped my Lugol's to 8 drops today. Should I take more? I have done more drops before but it seems to have no effect. Do I need to have something else to convert Iodine to T4 to T3?

Thanks for any and all the help the experts can give me.
