I agree totally about the fats. Coconut oil and Omega 3 in fish oils is very beneficial. Saturated fats are important to the brain and nervous system.
Optimizing methylation so it is working as well as possible might also help. Rosemary herb has some beneficial properties to the nervous system and encouraging healing. Methylcobalamin B12 in high doses such as tens of mg might help and would also help methylation.
The tiredness and brain fog is a concern, many people suffer from it and I hope that you have not become similarly affected. The cause could be different, hopefully it is.
