Help with 2% SSKI, etc.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry that I am asking a question that you all have probably answered over and over, but all the mg's, grams, 2%, 5%, SSKI , Iodine, etc. have me very confused!

I have Trapper's 2% SSKI and Lugol's 5% and the sample of nascent he sent as as well.

I have some sort of uterine problem - endo, fibroid, something. Lots of bladder problems from the pressure of the uterus on the bladder. Possible Interstitial Cystitis as well.

How much of the 2% SSKI do I take? How much Lugol's? How much Nascent? He also provided one of those plunger droppers, how is that incorporated?

I would appreciate any help so I don't keep bugging Steve!
