Re: Liver Cleanse: Desperate for Help!

Those were the signs that enticed me to first investigating my condition;

I would wake up in the middle of the night with completely numb extremities and a low pulse and dizziness upon standing - but my body pulled through without any problems.

The liver is also a storehouse for blood, and when congestion is there, it seems to stagnate in the liver and cause different heart rates. Sometimes high, sometimes low.

The blood vessels running through the liver actually get kinked on the stones in it, causing less circulation to reach the extremities and skin.

Did you eat anything acidic last night before bed?

pH (potential of hydrogen) is lowered when anything without fiber or acidic is ingested. Acidic blood holds no potential for hydrogen - it is so thick that it doesn't have enough room to transport the required amount of oxygen to the parts of the body furthest away from the heart and lungs, causing tingling and numbness as well.

I have noticed that even after eating something alkaline forming before bed which does not digest itself properly due to low levels of fiber or even sometimes with fiber, will not be expelled from the body fast enough - this causes the food to ferment, rot and acidify and continue to recirculate acidity throughout the blood until it is expelled.

This is why at the height of my congestion, I always took two or three Colon Cleanse capsules before bed, so that the material would continue moving downward and out, instead of recirculating waste and acidity while you are a sleep. This made a huge difference for me, sometimes it was the difference between waking up in a cold sweat / nightmare and having a great sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and ready to go.

How long has it been since your last flush and have you been softening the material daily since?

I am not completely vegan but I like to eat 80% vegetarian, and 20% or less of animal products.

Are you vegan?
