Re: Please help. Low cortisol, insomnia, hypoglycemia

Hi,

Sorry to chime in..

Ran some tests this morning. Didn't know gloucous fasting was one of the tests ordered. I ate 1 hr before test.

My value was 71 (range 70-99)

Could this mean I would have been considered hypoglycemic if I had actually fasted?

I have been having more night wakings usually 3am. But the again I have reduced appetite and haven't been eating as much so wonder if that is causing hypogylcemia or my progesterone use which I read can lead to hypogylcemia and low blood sugar.

Any advise, greatly appreciated!!
