help! developed a boil on my leg, is this a detox symptom?

Hello all,

I'm on day 8 of my second MC, and woke up this morning with a very large boil on the side of my knee. At least I think its a boil - I've never had one before - either that or I got bit by something (but I don't think its that)

I've been doing alot of skin brushing and apple cider vinegar baths, so I've definitely been stirring up things with my skin during this cleanse (I didn't do any of this on the first MC), I'm guessing this boil is a detox symptom since I've been having a few breakouts including pimples (on my face), and hives (on my legs) also, but I know nothing about boils or what causes them, so I thought I'd throw this out and see if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
