Congratulations! Great success story, also at age 70 you have proved how flexible human body is and that diet and nutrition are the key to better health.

Besides diet sleep is very important. One should rest between 8pm to 6 am when our liver is cleaning the blood and toxins out of our body. Have you tried liver flush? I suggest you do that once a year. My sister in law at age 70 learned about Liver-Flush and her BP normalized in one flush. Also add cayenne pepper in your meals, which is another great cleaner of arteries and it makes stronger heart muscle. Check out Dr. Furhman and Dr. Majid Ali online, great free advice for all sort of conditions.
