The 3 are closely linked. Candida depletes magnesium, mag deficiency causes constipation. Adrenal must also be supported to avoid adrenal fatigue - mostly with daily intake of vitamin C.
When my lymphs start to flare up I know I am back on track, but somehow, candida prevents it. Lat year I had gotten rid of candida and just before my immune system was fighting it plenty. Now I suffer from a relapse.
The first thing to take care of is the constipation.
To counter the magnesiun deficicey eat a lot of sprouts and salad/ take magn. supplement/ put some Epsom Salt in your bath (to absorb it through your skin pores - VERY EFFICIENT).
1-Go buy an enema bucket (or bag) at the drugstore and start doing enemas to ease the stool out.
Curezone warns you against doing daily enemas ( you are likely to become dependant on them they say) I used to do them daily - sometimes 2x/day a few years back and today I am far from dependnat and only use them when I feel pain in my bowels or extreme fatigue.
2- avoid brown rice it causes constipation - if you eat it eat plenty of extra virgin oil along
3- a spoonful of extra virgin oil at bedtime
4- eat raw - extra fiber will help make a house for friendly bacteria and with constipation
5- psyllium husk, 1/2 spoonful with meals (extra fiber)
6- drink plenty - with the extra fiber this helps create the bm (bowel mvt).
You really should treat it both ways up and down, it is going to be easier that way.
