CHAFF, SLUDGE equal END OF LF process ?

I'm preparing my 45th Liver-Flush for this weekend.
Last 3 flushes produced lot of chaff which I never encountered before (tiny stones like semolina floating) and some stones (1cm to 2cm) like 30 to 40 stones on every flush.
Is this a sign that Am I reaching the end ?

I went to the radiologist last month and he tolds me that I still have enlarged liver.
The good news is that my liver srhinked a little bit from the last year radiologist's consultation, I managed to bring it down 1 cm less, but according to that I still have some work.
