getting rid of yeast in children, in need of advise please

hello, can someone please advise. i am having trouble with my picky eater (11 yr old daughter). i have her on the candida diet. but she is picky! she's lost weight and i am starting to get concerned because she is so darn picky with food.

right now, she has homemade broth for breakfast with gelatin (great lakes, one that does not gel). for lunch, she takes chicken pieces and coconut aminos to dip. she won't eat vegetables at school. she does not care for eggs much (though i am confused if she should be eating them because some say not to eat, and some say yes.) i know she is not allergic to eggs because she had a blood test. she is not eating fruit right now. but was wondering when i can start having her eat fruit like apples?
for dinner, she barely eats. her stomach is getting used to not eating much. she loves plain whole fat yogurt with fruit and raw honey or maple syrup, but of course she can't eat that right now.

this is tough! how on earth do i help clear her yeast, if she is so picky and the type of food she like, she can't have?
for sre i don't want her to faint or get sick from not eating. she is tired. and i don't know if it's die off or not eating or both.

she's been on probiotics for about a week now. i started given her internal dose of evening primrose oil. and also gave her nettle (for light flares that she has on her skin, hoping that will help). she says her itching is not too bad. when can i add yogurt, raw cow mlik, and cheese? (those are her favorite foods that she wishes she could have now)
oh, and i plan on giving her oregano oil soon.

any thoughts?
