Hello guys. It has been 86 hours since i started water fasting. Yesterday night was pretty bad due to not able to sleep properly because of leg and hips pain.
At 8 am i did 5x12 squat and later was able to sleep. It really helped ease pain.
Anyway i want prevent any possible muscle loss but without any protein it is impossible as required to build some new protein required tissue.
So i wonder would drinking with water 100 gram per day whey protein how would effect my Water Fasting ?
