i did a 9 day water fast begin january and it went great. I had some troubles with pains in my gums and almost no sleep the last 3 days so i ended it. After a 4 day build up to my normal (vegan) meals i noticed that whole grain products and many vegetables left me bloated. I didn't experience anything like that in the years before. Is this a common experience? Will it get normal over time? Is there anything i can do to avoid that after my next water fast beginn march?
