TheIllest : Why Doesn't Sleep Automatically Heal Fatigue/AF/AI?

Hi all.

I have read Theillest's post about sleep and AF healing. I am on the same quest. Sometimes, when sleep is deep, I wake fresh and energetic but it does not happen frequently. Wake up at 4:30 am feeling hot. in about an hour, i can go to sleep again. waking up feeling hot is a symptom of high E. this could be because I have low T. Dr. Lam protocol had pregnenolone and DHEA in it. I felt better from Preg-easy but felt nothing from dh-pro. I have found this article

http://www.life-enhancement.com/magazine/article/2994-what-you-should-know-about-dhea

It says that dosage suggested by Dr. Lam is not effective in men (it could perhaps accumulate, build up. It did not happen in my case). So, I tried taking 75 mg morning and 75 mg evening. I got deep restorative sleep for two nights. I stopped taking dh-pro and ordered a test to see what my levels are ( not ready yet ).

Another thing i tried was exercising, weight lifting. I am not even trying to do what i was doing before AF. Once adjustment period was over, i had deep restorative sleep, woke up almost like it was before. Then it stopped working.

Klauss.

P.S. Somebody mentioned vit K(K2) in one of the replies to Theillest. Could it be a missing piece?
