Hi Mel Congratulations on making it to day 10!! Today is day 10 for me also! I had a pretty intense day yesterday, had lotsa cravings. I can't remembe the last time I went to McDonalds...must be 5 - 6 years ago, but have gradually changed my overall health in the last 4 years, but the last two in particular. But yesterday I was craving a Big Mac? Wierd. Today is much better so far, I've just done a SWF. I have decided to press on, and just take it day by day. My room mate is on day 10 also and he has also decided to keep on. It's been great having his support.
